 Staff  PastorPhil Muthersbaugh is the founding pastor of LifeSource Community Church. He previously served as a pastor in Colorado, Hawaii and Oregon, youth director in two conferences, and an academy Bible teacher. Phil graduated from Walla Walla College in 1980 and earned both his Master's and Doctorate at Andrews University. Prior to God's call to ministry, Phil worked in the entertainment industry for Capitol Records and for contemporary music radio stations in Portland, Oregon as an announcer and music director. Phil is married to Debbie (Smick) and has two daughters and two sons. Office Administrative Assistant Kelly White is working as the administrative assistant at the LifeSource Church office, located in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Kelly has been married to her husband for 19 years, they have 1 son, Cody who is age 15. Church Treasurer This position is being temporarily filled by Nancy Cooper.
